ACL/PCL Repair

ACL/PCL Repair

The Anterior Cruciate Ligament limits the rotation and the forward motion of the tibia. It crosses from the back of the femur to the front of the tibia. The Posterior Cruciate Ligament limits backward motion of the tibia. In active people most ACL and PCL injuries are successfully treated surgically by reconstructing the ligament.
